Jaipur, 30 August 2025: Known for its rich culture, grand hospitality, and royal heritage, Rajasthan is rapidly emerging as a hub for live experiences, themed weddings and destination events. To further strengthen this growing trend and opportunity, the Association of Event Entrepreneurs (AEE) is organizing ‘EVOQUE: The Event Industry Convention’ in Jaipur on 5, 6 and 7 September 2025.
This three-day convention will present a unique blend of business and experience:
5 September: Inaugural Ceremony, Business Expo (featuring 30+ brand hotels and specialized agencies), and B2B meetings. The evening will conclude with the grand ‘Polo Royale Sundowner & Networking Gala’ at Rambagh Palace.
6 September: Industry-specific exhibitions and panel discussions, followed by a majestic Gala Dinner at the historic Jaigarh Fort.
7 September: The convention will close with Future Forward Dialogues and an Experiential Showcase, offering attendees unforgettable experiences and new opportunities.
Highlighting the vision of the event, AEE President, Sameer Babel, said:
